Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.
*Countries in Asia include: Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand. Other countries not listed here are under the International shipping category.
When will my purchase ship?
We want you to have your Cotton Pigs product as soon as possible. In-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the home page or product page. Please expect a longer delay during peak periods such as across bank holidays - Chinese New Year, Easter and Christmas etc.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipment notification email that will contain a tracking number. You can also find your tracking number on your account page on cottonpigs.com if you logged in before making your purchase. To do this, simply login to your account on cottonpigs.com and click on “View Order” next to the respective order. There you’ll find your shipping method and the tracking number associated with that order.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery in Hong Kong will take 1-2 business days. International delivery usually takes between 5-8 business days for standard shipping. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow for up to 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
COVID-19 Update: Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and travel restrictions, there may be delays in your delivery. We are working very closely with our courier partners to ensure that your packages are delivered promptly and safely. As such, please expect a buffer of an additional 3-7 business days for all international delivery.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Duties and taxes may incur when orders are shipped outside of Hong Kong due to your country’s local customs. The responsibility of these duties, taxes or other fees rest with the customer. If the customer refuses to pay the duties or taxes, then the responsibility to arrange an order return remains with the customer. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
